I do not have a stagenet wallet. How do I create one?

Monero CLI users can run the following command and follow the instructions provided by the application.

monero-wallet-cli --stagenet --daemon-host stagenet.community.rino.io --daemon-port 38081

If you are using another client, please refer to its respective documentation.
